We are Hiring Senior IT Specialist???? Alexandria –Fouad-StreetOrient Group is hiring a Senior IT Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Network & IT Infrastructure.Responsibilities· Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across HQ, factories and warehouses.· Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs and network connectivity.· Manage and monitor Firewalls and network security.· Maintain Servers, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP and user access.· Manage and monitor data backup, restore and disaster recovery procedures.· Monitor server and network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.· Ensure data availability, security and business continuity.· Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues and projects.· Provide technical support for HQ, factories and warehouses when required.· Maintain proper documentation of network, servers, backups and IT assets.
